Planrly helps teachers and schools create, organize, and manage lesson planning work. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Planrly.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, update your profile, join or manage a team, contact support, or use Planrly's planning tools. This may include your name, email address, school or team information, lesson planning content, class information, schedules, uploaded resources, and messages you send to us.
If you connect Planrly to Google Classroom or another third-party service, we collect the information needed to provide that integration, such as authorization tokens and classroom, course, assignment, or roster information made available by that service.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including log data, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and usage activity that helps us operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the service.

Google API Services
If you connect Planrly with Google services, Planrly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that you authorize, such as importing or syncing classroom and assignment information.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, measure usage, and understand how Planrly is performing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.
Data Retention

Planrly is intended for educators, schools, and authorized organizational users. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not create accounts unless their school or a parent or guardian has authorized the use of the service.
